Hello, Delegates!
District Assembly is just a little over a week away! It is Friday & Saturday, May 17-18 and includes NMI Convention aspects. Below, you'll find general info, as well as a few requests.
MEAL RSVP:
We'd like to invite all our delegates to join us for the following meals: Friday dinner at 5pm and Saturday lunch at 12pm. Please email Tyler (tyler@sdfcnaz.com) to let us know if you plan to attend one or both meals (note if you have any dietary restrictions). These meals are free and will be served in the Children's Building.
SCHEDULE OVERVIEW:
* All sessions & services in Brown Chapel.
* Childcare Note: Nursery care is available for children ages 0-4 for all sessions/services. Cost is $10/child/day.
General Session: Friday, May 17 from 1-5pm. Dinner break from 5-7pm.
Ordination Service: Friday, May 17 from 7-9pm. Reception to follow in Friendship Plaza.
General Session: Saturday, May 18 from 8am-5pm. Lunch break from 12-1pm.
DELEGATE PACKET & HANDBOOK:
You can pick up your delegate packet and register in Brown Chapel foyer on Friday from 10:30am-1pm or Saturday morning from 7:30-8:30am. The handbook that guides the business sessions will be available online soon. You'll receive a link via email as soon as we have it available and hard copies will be available in the Brown Chapel foyer at the event.
GREETER/USHER REQUEST:
Who better to welcome guests of the Assembly than our smiling ministerial delegates? If you're willing to help with greeting and/or ushering on Friday or Saturday, see report times below and let Melissa know which ones you're available for.
