Point Loma Nazarene University invites you to join us!

The Resilient Church

November  19th  10am - 11:30am

How to help your congregation survive and thrive by ministering to the spiritual, psychological, and emotional needs of your congregation.

During this challenging season, we have heard from many pastors about the struggles they and their congregations are facing. As always, the Center for Pastoral Leadership desires to come alongside our pastors. We invite you to The Resilient Church, a virtual event on November 19th at 10am to 11:30am. We also know that the holiday season can be a time of increased stress and we hope you find this event beneficial to you and your ministry. This event will feature Drs. Dave Cummings and Chris Adams (see their bios below) who will speak to us about a variety of important issues such as the mental and emotional toll of church leadership, self-care strategies for church leaders, emotionally intelligent church leadership, and leading a hurting congregation.

We can have language interpreters for Spanish, Mandarin, and Korean speakers if requested.

We believe this event is important for all church staff and spouses, so we hope you share this invitation! This is a free event. More information can be found in the text and short video below. You can register by clicking HERE.
